OK, a hint: 1960s
Okay, that hint doesn't really help. It's funny--for some reason I keep thinking "The Birds" when I look at that picture, but I can't think of a single shot in which there was a white school house in that movie. Sigh. I apparently suck at movie trivia.
I'm scanning my brain to think of movies in which the traffic whizzed by at just 5 mph...
so funny; i too immediately thought the birds. is this correct? hmmm...it screams the birds to me.
